My name is Susan Sanders and I have been a Reading Together
Facilitator for
seven years in the School District of Holmen, WI.
One of my loves is finding new books for the different strategies. I
have found
a lot but today I'd like to share two titles. They are Magic Color Books
with
pages that pull out revealing colors in a black and white picture. The
two I
have are Magic Art Class by Harley Black, and Hocus-Pocus Halloween by
Justine Korman Fontes. I picked them up at Barnes and Nobel. They are
great
for Predicting and guessing what might come next (clues may be found in
the
illustrations). There are more title in the Magic Color Book series too.
